2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse access or close accounts where these conditions are not satisfied.

4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

At BetPanda Casino, we operate exclusively with cryptocurrency. We do not accept fiat currency deposits or withdrawals. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on our platform:

  • Supported cryptocurrencies include BTC, ETH, LTC, BNB, USDT, XRP, TRX, SHIB, SOL, and others listed in your account profile.
  • The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is €10 or the equivalent in your chosen cryptocurrency.
  • Withdrawals must be made in the same cryptocurrency used for the corresponding deposit.
  • Withdrawal limits are set at €5,000 per 24-hour period, €15,000 per week, and €45,000 per month. Increases may be requested through our support team.
  • Each deposit must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • We offer instant withdrawals via BTC Lightning Network. Standard crypto withdrawals are also processed promptly, though additional security checks may cause delays in some cases.
  • Maximum winnings per 24-hour period are capped at 3,000,000 µBTC (approximately 3 BTC). The maximum win per single betting round is 10,000,000 µBTC (approximately 10 BTC).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Our BetPanda welcome bonus and claim process is straightforward. We offer a bounty-style Welcome Bonus providing a 100% match on your first deposit up to 1 BTC or the crypto equivalent. The minimum qualifying deposit is €10, and a 40x wagering requirement applies to the deposit amount. The maximum bet counted toward wagering is €50 per round. You have 7 days from the date of activation to meet the wagering requirement, after which the bonus is forfeited.

5.1 Wagering Contributions

  • Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering
  • Live casino games: 20% contribution
  • Provably fair games, jackpots, sports, baccarat, poker: 0% contribution (excluded)
  • Certain excluded slot titles including Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Aliens, and Wish Master do not contribute to wagering requirements.
